Shipping & Fulfillment

1. Local Benefit: Fairfax County

We are proud to serve our local community with a premium delivery experience.

  • Free Hand-Delivered Shipping: All orders with a delivery address located within Fairfax County, VA, qualify for free local delivery.

  • Outside Fairfax County: For all orders outside of Fairfax County, standard carrier rates (USPS, UPS, or FedEx) will apply based on the weight of the order and the destination.

2. Production Lead Times

Please note that "Delivery/Shipping Time" is separate from "Production Time."

  • Production Starts: Our production clock begins only after you have provided final approval of your digital mock-up and payment has been processed.

  • Standard Turnaround: Most custom orders are completed within 7–10 business days. High-volume or complex designs may require additional time.

3. Shipping Methods & Tracking

Once your order is handcrafted and passes our quality control, it will be hand-delivered (within Fairfax County) or dispatched via our preferred carriers.

  • Tracking: You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your package leaves our facility. For carrier-shipped items, this will include a tracking number.

  • Carrier Delays: While we guarantee our production timelines, JBL Custom Apparel cannot be held responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or seasonal volume.

4. Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address when ordering, regardless of location, to ensure seamless delivery.

  • We deliver and ship specifically to the address provided on the order.

  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs to resend the item.

5. Lost or Stolen Packages

  • Carrier Deliveries: If your tracking shows a package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.

  • Hand Deliveries: For Fairfax County hand-deliveries, we will provide a delivery confirmation photo.

  • Disclaimer: JBL Custom Apparel is not responsible for packages once they are marked as "Delivered" by the carrier or our delivery team.
